Whilst it is the responsibility of all Stainless Steel World America 2010 Conference and Exhibition participants themselves to arrange for their visa applications and all documentation regarding travelling to and staying in the United States of America for The Stainless Steel World America 2010 Conference & Exhibition, Stainless Steel World can supply an official 'letter of confirmation of participation' for visa purposes to certain groups of participants:

Delegates who have registered and paid for the conference. Please click the link at the bottom of this page to submit your request of letter of confirmation of Participation to Assist with Visa Application.

Exhibit staff who have registered and paid for the stand. Please click the link at the bottom of this page to submit your request of letter of confirmation of Participation to Assist with Visa Application. Please do not forget to fill in your stand no.

Exhibitor Visitors. An application for the Official Letters of Conformation to Assist with Visa Applications will incur costs of Euro 75 which is payable in advance via credit Card. You can fill in the form to submit the payment here. Letters of conformation will be only processed once the payment is verified via credit card! Once your payment has been confirmed, please click the link at the bottom of this page to submit your request of letter of confirmation of Participation to Assist with Visa Application.
Please allow up to three weeks for Stainless Steel World to process your confirmation of participation letter and note that you are responsible for requesting an official invitation in due time. We advise you to contact relevant embassies and / or consulates for a time guide to ensure your application will be processed in good time by the embassy or consulate.
A processing fee of Euro 100 will be charged for applications made after August 1st 2010.
Should you wish for your letter of confirmation of participation to be sent to you via courier please include your company DHL account number.
Applications will not be handled after September 10th 2010.
