The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced its affirmative preliminary determination in the anti-subsidy investigation on certain stainless pressure pipe from China. Commerce preliminarily determined that Chinese exporters of circular welded austenitic stainless pressure pipe received countervailable subsidies.
