Application for Letters of Confirmation of Participation
To Assist with Visa Application
Whilst it is the responsibility of all Duplex World 2010 Conference and Exhibition participants themselves to arrange for their visa applications and all documentation regarding travelling to and staying in France for The Duplex World 2010 Conference & Exhibition, Stainless Steel World (as exhibition organizer) can supply an official ‘letter of confirmation of participation’ for visa purposes to:
- Exhibition Stand Staff: Please register via The On Line Exhibitor Manual for this complimentary exhibitor service.
- Exhibition Visitors: To register for your letter of confirmation of participation please use the link at the bottom of this page. An application for the Official Letters of Confirmation to Assist with Visa Applications will incur costs of Euro 75 which is payable in advance via credit Card. You can fill in the Form to Submit the Pre Payment Here. Letters of confirmation of participation will only be processed once the payment is verified via credit card authorization. Please ensure you register on line for your letter of confirmation of participation AND return the pre payment form by fax or e-mail as indicated. Please allow up to three weeks for Duplex World/Stainless Steel World to process your confirmation of participation letter. We advise you read the notes listed below before making the registration and payment.

Please Note:
- Letters of Confirmation Of Participation to Assist with Visa Application are only available when submitted via our online form (fields marked with an * are compulsory).
- Exhibition Visitors will incur Euro 75 costs payable in advance.
- An official ‘letter of confirmation of participation’ for visa purposes is supplied solely to confirm pre registration of your intention to participate in our event and does not guarantee visa issue. Duplex World/Stainless Steel World will not liaise between embassies or consulates nor be held liable for visa application refusals.
- Please allow up to three weeks for Duplex World/Stainless Steel World to process your confirmation of participation letter and note that you are responsible for requesting an official invitation in due time. We advise you to contact relevant embassies or consulates for a time guide to ensure your application will be processed in good time by the embassy or consulate.
- Should you wish for your letter of confirmation of participation to be sent to you via courier please include your company DHL account number upon the form.
- Applications will not be handled after September 10th 2010.
