- Please register as status: VISITORS
- Press “To Register”
- Wait for system to process access
- Input your details and any accompanying persons.
- Scroll through to Hotel selections and make your choice
- Proceed to payment information.*
- Complete the ‘Identification’ section. You will be provided with log in codes to return to this system at any time to change or alter any orders or to book shuttle services.
- You will receive confirmation of your order from the Conference Administrator (Magesia Process). Magnesia Process will also contact you to clarify your booking if multiple rooms are taken.

Conference delegates: If you are already registered as a conference delegate you will have access to hotel bookings on your on line conference registration system.
*Please Note: Hotel Reservations: to secure your booking you are required to pay one hotel night per room in advance. The remainder of the hotel costs can be paid at the hotel upon check in/check out. Please see registration form for further payment details.
The Duplex 2010 Hotel Booking System is responsibility of the conference administrator Magensia Process.
Bookings will be made subject to availability of your choices and will be confirmed directly to you by the Duplex World Conference Administrator Magnesia Process. Magenesia Process will contact you to clarify your booking if multiple rooms are taken.
